Open the review
From the reviews list, click through to the review you want. Read the full comment and rating before you answer.
Compose and post
Type your reply in the composer, then use Post or the primary publish action. The app queues a job to talk to Google, so you may briefly see a posting state.
Live status polling
While Google accepts the reply, the interface polls status and moves from posting to posted when complete. If something fails, you will see an error state with guidance to retry.
Update or delete
You can edit a reply already on Google or remove it entirely. Each action goes through the same safe job flow.
Tip: Short, specific replies outperform generic praise when customers raise real issues.
