What the action does
Marking as reviewed is an internal flag. It does not post to Google. Teams use it to show a conversation was seen even when no public reply is appropriate.
When it helps
Use it during incident response when legal or leadership must approve wording later, or when spam reviews should be ignored publicly but still acknowledged internally.
How to run it
Select multiple rows on the reviews list, then choose the batch action for mark reviewed. Confirm when prompted.
