Who can export
CSV export is enabled on Growth and Pro tiers. Starter workspaces should upgrade or copy data manually from the user interface.
What the file contains
Exports include the review metadata your account already stores, such as timestamps, ratings, text, and reply fields, scoped to your tenant. Exact columns follow the implementation shipped in the product.
Throttling
Exports are rate limited to protect databases and shared infrastructure. If you hit the limit, wait a minute and try again rather than hammering the button.
Using the file
Import into a spreadsheet to share with stakeholders who do not need app access. Remember that customer names and comments are personal data—handle files securely.
