Where to find it
Open Edit location for a profile. The review-request section shows your Google review URL when the system has resolved it from synced data, plus actions to copy a tracked link or send email where your plan allows.
Tracked links
The app can give you a short redirect URL that logs when someone uses it, then sends the customer to Google to leave a review. Use it in email signatures, printed materials, or your own customer follow-up flows outside the app—the click is counted in your metrics.
Email requests
Growth and Pro can queue review-request emails to customers subject to a monthly email cap per plan. Starter can use links and copy tools but not the built-in email action.
Events and limits
Sends and key actions are recorded for reporting. If you hit the monthly email limit, wait for the next period or upgrade.
