What the audit does
The system scores each location’s Google Business Profile quality using dimensions such as completeness, freshness, reputation, and consistency. It stores snapshots and issues with severities like high or critical.
Where you see it
The location page shows the latest audit summary and issues. The dashboard shows an account-level visibility score derived from audit and related signals so you can spot weak listings quickly.
When it updates
Scores refresh after relevant syncs and other events (for example when posts publish). A scheduled pass can also recompute data overnight.
Acting on issues
Use the issue list as a checklist. Some items link naturally to Edit location or reviews. High and critical issues can also feed the optimization queue under Governance.
