Open the tool
Go to Settings → Google (or your Google connection area) and choose Bulk special hours. Pick the locations that should receive the same holiday or exception schedule.
What happens
Submitting the form creates a run and dispatches one background job per location. Progress and per-location success or failure appear on the results screen.
Partial failures
If some locations fail, use Retry failed to queue another attempt only for rows that errored—successful locations are left alone.
Permissions
Only roles that may update locations (Owner or Manager) should run bulk updates. Viewers cannot submit the form.
