Governance hub: incidents, change history, and optimization queue

Opening Governance

Use the user menu link Governance or visit Settings → Governance (paths may show as /settings/governance). Subpages cover Incidents, Change history, and Optimization.

Operational incidents

System incidents include deduped Google connection errors when tokens fail. You can acknowledge or resolve incidents. Manual incidents let you log operational notes for the team.

Change history and rollback

When an authorised user saves certain location updates through the app, the system records a change row with the Google payload before the edit. Owners and Managers can queue rollback, which dispatches a background job to PATCH Google with the stored previous values. Viewers can read history but cannot rollback.

Rollback only applies where the product stored enough data; some changes may not be reversible.

Optimization queue

Refresh from audit builds or updates rows from high and critical open audit issues (deduped per issue). Dismiss removes an item from your active backlog without deleting the underlying audit issue. Dismissed rows are not recreated on refresh.

Weekly digest

Optional weekly summaries can include counts of open incidents and open optimization items in the KPI snapshot and summary text.
