Terms for access to BizProfile Manager

Effective date: March 15, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BizProfile Manager, including the website at https://app.bizprofile.app, connected dashboards, Google Business Profile workflows, automation tools, analytics features, AI-assisted drafting, and billing services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using BizProfile Manager, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, agency, or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must use the service only in compliance with applicable law, platform rules, and any third-party terms that apply to your connected accounts.

2. Your account and responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably current.
  • You are responsible for protecting account credentials, controlling user access, and all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any team members, clients, or collaborators invited into the account are authorized to access the relevant business data.
  • You must promptly notify us if you believe your account or connected Google access has been compromised.

3. Google Business Profile and third-party integrations

BizProfile Manager depends on third-party services, including Google Business Profile and Razorpay. Your use of those integrations remains subject to their terms, policies, and technical limitations.

You may connect only accounts, locations, and business assets that you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you publish or approve through the service.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may not use the service to violate law, misrepresent a business, impersonate another party, or interfere with the rights of others.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe vulnerabilities, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or bypass usage or plan limits.
  • You may not use the service to send spam, publish unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, or automate abusive actions against third-party platforms.
  • You may not use AI-assisted output without appropriate human review where the output could affect customers, public communications, or compliance.

5. AI-assisted features

BizProfile Manager may provide AI-assisted drafting or improvement tools. These features are designed to support user workflows, not replace business judgment.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and validating any AI-generated or template-generated output before publication, especially where tone, accuracy, customer commitments, or legal compliance matter.

6. Fees, subscriptions, and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Paid plans, pricing, and included limits are described on the pricing page or in your account billing settings.

Billing may be handled by Razorpay or another designated payment provider. You authorize applicable recurring charges for the selected plan until cancellation or termination. You remain responsible for taxes, chargebacks, disputed usage, and maintaining valid payment details.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

BizProfile Manager and its interface, software, branding, content structure, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to the business information, reviews, replies, templates, and other content you submit or lawfully control, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, host, process, and display that content within the service.

8. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse third-party integrations.
  • You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active subscription or contractual obligations.
  • We may retain limited data after termination for billing, dispute resolution, security, legal compliance, or backup purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or available at all times.

We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, API restrictions, content moderation decisions, or business impacts caused by Google or other third-party providers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizProfile Manager, its operators, and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the effective date above and provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
