How BizProfile Manager handles personal data and Google user data
Effective date: March 15, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how BizProfile Manager collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit https://app.bizprofile.app, create an account, connect Google Business Profile, or use related features such as review management, local posts, templates, automation, analytics, and billing.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information received through authorized integrations, and technical information generated when the service is used.
- Account details: name, email address, password hash, optional profile image, and account preferences.
- Google Business Profile data: Google account email and account name, OAuth tokens, locations, reviews, replies, posts, visibility insights, keyword metrics, and related sync metadata when you authorize access.
- Operational data: login activity, session identifiers, account context selection, job processing events, audit logs, error logs, and product usage records needed to secure and operate the service.
- Billing data: Razorpay customer and subscription identifiers, plan selections, webhook events, and transaction status. Full card information is handled by Razorpay and is not stored by BizProfile Manager.
- Communications data: support messages, product emails, verification emails, notifications, and scheduled report recipients you configure.
- AI workflow data: when you use AI-assisted draft or improvement features, relevant review content and reply context may be sent to the configured AI provider solely to generate the requested output.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the application and its authenticated workspace.
- Authenticate users, manage sessions, verify email addresses, and protect accounts against misuse.
- Connect to Google Business Profile, sync approved data, and let authorized users manage locations, reviews, posts, and related analytics.
- Generate templates, automations, and AI-assisted draft replies requested by users.
- Process subscriptions, billing events, invoices, and plan enforcement.
- Send transactional, operational, and user-configured notifications.
- Detect incidents, troubleshoot errors, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Google API data and OAuth-specific disclosures
When you connect Google Business Profile, we access only the Google data necessary to provide the features you enable. We use Google Business Profile information to sync locations, surface reviews, help you manage replies, support posts, and produce analytics inside the product.
BizProfile Manager does not sell Google user data. We do not use Google API data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to remain consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
4. How we share information
- Google: to authenticate your account and retrieve or update Google Business Profile data when you authorize us to do so.
- AI providers: limited review and reply data may be shared with the configured AI service only to deliver user-facing drafting or improvement features.
- Payment processor: Razorpay processes paid subscriptions and related billing events.
- Infrastructure and communications providers: hosting, email, queueing, storage, monitoring, and support tools may process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual or operational controls.
- Legal or business transfers: we may disclose data when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.
5. Cookies, sessions, and security
BizProfile Manager uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, session continuity, security, and core application functionality. Session cookies may be secured, encrypted, and limited by domain and same-site settings.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including HTTPS, role-based access controls, encrypted storage for sensitive OAuth credentials, and logging for security and troubleshooting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When accounts are closed or deletion is requested, we may retain limited records, backups, logs, or billing evidence for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or legitimate operational purposes.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can review and update certain profile details from within the product.
- You can revoke Google access from your Google account permissions or contact us to request account assistance.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to technical, security, billing, and legal limitations.
- You can opt out of non-essential communications where applicable, while still receiving critical account or transactional notices.
8. International use and children's privacy
Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. By using the service, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed outside your immediate jurisdiction, subject to applicable safeguards.
BizProfile Manager is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice where appropriate.
