Managing roles: Owner, Manager, Viewer

Owner

Full control: Google connection, billing, invites, audit visibility, notifications, templates, auto-reply, posts, insights, exports, destructive actions, and Governance mutations (incidents, rollback, optimization queue actions).

Manager

Runs operational work on locations, reviews, templates, auto-reply rules, posts, and insights. Can use Governance the same as Owners for incidents, rollback, and optimization queue. Cannot manage billing, cannot invite or remove teammates, and cannot change ownership.

Viewer

Read-only across the same surfaces Managers see, including reading Governance pages. No posting, editing, deletes, or rollback / queue mutations.

Changing roles

Owners promote or demote teammates from the team table. Use caution when downgrading someone mid-project.

Suspend and reactivate

Temporarily suspend access without deleting history, then reactivate when they return.
