Connecting and reconnecting your Google account

Healthy connection

When tokens are valid, sync jobs pull reviews, insights, and location details on schedule.

Expiry symptoms

Stale tokens stop outbound Google calls. You may notice missing new reviews or failed sync badges on the dashboard.

Fix it fast

Open Google settings and choose Revalidate or the reconnect flow. Completing Google consent renews access.

Webhook backlog

Even if your user token pauses, Pub/Sub messages may still queue internally. After you reconnect, workers drain the backlog—give it time.
