Inviting team members (Pro)

Who can invite

Only the Owner role sees team management. Managers and Viewers cannot add seats.

Pro requirement

Team roles activate on Pro. Growth and Starter behave like single-owner workspaces for access control.

Sending an invite

Open the team screen, enter the colleague’s email, pick Owner, Manager, or Viewer, and send the invitation. They follow the link, sign in or register, and land in your account context.

Role snapshot

Owners handle billing, invites, and every feature. Managers run day-to-day operations but cannot touch billing or membership. Viewers can read dashboards and lists without editing.
