Why templates help

Templates store vetted wording for common review patterns. Applying a template fills a draft instantly without calling AI, which saves quota.

Fields to complete

Give each template a short name, body text, and a category such as positive, negative, or neutral for sorting.

Plan caps

Starter allows five templates, Growth twenty-five, Pro one hundred. The app blocks new saves beyond the cap until you delete an old template or upgrade.

Usage tracking

The system increments a usage counter when templates run so you can see which snippets earn their keep.

Apply as draft

On a review, pick a template from the quick picker. The draft appears for approval just like AI output.
