Why syncing matters
Google is the source of truth. BizProfile Manager keeps a working copy so pages load quickly and you can act offline from Google’s own admin console.
Manual refresh
Use the refresh action on a location when you want an on-demand pull of details. This is useful right after you change something directly in Google.
Review sync paths
Reviews arrive through scheduled sync jobs and can also be queued when Google sends a secure webhook notification. Together, those paths keep the list reasonably fresh.
Force sync for reviews
Force sync re-fetches all reviews for a location and replaces the local copy while keeping draft work intact. Use it when data looks stale or after major Google-side cleanup.
Patience with timing
Heavy syncs run in background queues. Large locations may take several minutes. Watch dashboard queue health if you are curious whether work is backing up.
