Starting generation
On a review, choose the action that generates an AI draft. The controller hands work to a queue job, so the page returns quickly.
Providers
The platform routes AI work through a central service that can call approved providers such as OpenAI or Gemini based on configuration. You do not paste keys into reviews; administrators configure models elsewhere.
When the draft appears
When the job finishes, the draft lands on the review in draft status. Email or in-app notifications can let you know it is ready, depending on your notification toggles.
Approval is mandatory
AI never publishes directly to Google in the default workflow. A teammate must approve, then Post runs the normal publish job.
Quota
Each generation consumes monthly AI draft quota for your tier unless you used a plain template instead.
